HOW TO ENTHOW TO ENTER Beginning July 3, 2008 through July 23, 2008 go to www.yourtownscable.com and complete the online registration. You may also enter by sending a 3 x 5 card with your name, age, address, city, state, zip code, and daytime telephone number to "Thomas Sweepstakes, c/o Time Warner Cable - 118 Johnson Road, Portland, Maine 04102.
Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail-in entries must be delivered via the post office and may not be deposited at the Sponsor location.
Mail-in entries must be received by July 10, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing.
Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, stolen or misdirected mail or processing or printing errors.
All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, or illegible will be void.
MECHANICALLY REPRODUCED ENTRIES NOT ACCEPTED.
Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Need not be a cable subscriber to win.
WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the cut-off date listed in the rules.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.
The drawing for the North Conway tickets will be held on or about July 11, 2008 at a site designated by Sponsor.
The drawing for the Boothbay tickets will be held on or about July 18, 2008 at a site designated by Sponsor.
All prizes will be awarded.
Need not be present to win.
The winner will be notified by phone, email or certified U.S. Mail at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Any prize or prize notification returned as non-deliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner.

No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed.
ELIGIBILITY Entrants must be legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in the Time Warner Cable – New England service area.
Employees of Time Warner Cable ("Sponsor") and Time Warner Cable Inc., and each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
Individuals who, prior to the awarding of prizes in this Contest, have won another prize from Time Warner Cable Inc. or Sponsor during the preceding 365 day period in which prizes for this Contest are awarded are not eligible to win this Contest.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
GENERAL CONDITIONS Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, address, quotes, utterances and likeness for promotional or business purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
The Grand Prize winner may be required to produce picture ID for identification.
Sponsor, Time Warner Cable, Inc., their respective advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates and parent companies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all local, county, state and federal taxes applicable to the prizes.
Winner must meet all criteria in these rules or face forfeiture of prizes, based upon the decision of Sponsor.
